How the numbers are calculated

Each task gets an AI share: the portion of that work an AI teammate can carry in a typical founder-led business. Hours lost equal your hours times the AI share. Cost uses your hourly value for your hours and the team rate for team hours. Annual figures assume 48 working weeks. FTE equals team hours lost divided by 40.
